Our History
We established in 1984, at the begiining, we are only the small factory, now we are one of 10 top OEM manufacturing enterprise in Jiaxing city. In the past 20 years, our company has always adhered to 鈥?Quality established the Career, Ultimate credit and sincerity鈥?
Our Factory
We have more than 350 emploees, now has Forging departments, machinging departments, heat treatment departments, Quality control departments and order treatment departments.
Our Product
OEM Products such as Forging parts, turning parts, Auto parts, Engion parts, Minning parts, Agricultural parts, Shafts, hydraulic cylinder, Elevator parts, and other special machinery parts.

Production Equipment
We has 8 hot forging line for ferrous metal and Nonferrous metal, own kinds of punch machine, 400T, 630T,1000T,1600T and 2500T; has 2000T, 2500T Hot die forging production line. All our hot forging process are equipped with induction billet heaters and infrared pyrometers for accurate temperature control. Hot forging parts weight from 0.1 to 72KGS.
We has over 190 sets of machining equipment, such as machining center, high precise CNC Lathes, milling machines and electric pulses. We also have 25 sets of precise grinding machine, 4 assembly line for the magnetic clutch and air condition compressor.
We have 18 sets of heat treatment devices, such as Speria BBH vacuum carburizing quenching furnaces and more than 20 sets of advanced testing equipments.

The Anxiety of progress comes from the bottom of our heat. We always attach the uttermost attention to quality, ensure every product and service is a find work.
Our investment is technology assures you of high quality tooling and products. When it鈥檚 time to cut metal, we combine in -house technology like wire EDM, CNC working center & Computer Driven machining with some of the industry鈥檚 most experienced toolmakers.
The result tooling, prototypes and first piece samples that are right 鈥?nbsp;on spec鈥?nbsp;the first time. Expect more cost saving, quality -oriented suggestions on part and tooling design, as well as material selection while we are designing your tooling.

Whatever you send us the blueprint, or even just a sketch or samples, we can translate your design on our in- house CAD, PRO-E and Solid works system.
